Data Manager

Required

• 6–8+ years of experience in configuration management, data management, document control, or related discipline within aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of CM/DM principles, industry standards, and best practices (e.g., MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649, ISO/AS9100).
• Experience managing CM/DM on DoD, NASA, or government contract programs.
• Proficiency with CM/DM tools such as PTC Windchill, SharePoint, JIRA, CMPro, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of data/documents.
• Certifications such as CMII, CMPIC, or NDIA CM certification.
• Experience working with CDRLs, DIDs, and military/DoD data deliverables.
• Experience supporting software configuration management environments.
• Familiarity with digital engineering/data environments and model-based development.
• Experience with Agile processes and hybrid development frameworks.
• Prior experience supporting rapid prototyping or rapid capability development programs.
• Active Secret security clearance.
