Premiertruck Parts Counter Sales role focused on providing excellent customer service and managing parts inquiries and inventory at the counter. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls, searching catalogs, and assisting warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs
Respond to telephone inquiries from customers
Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs
Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock
Maintain a section of the showroom floor
Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts
Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualification

A valid driver’s license is requiredAll employees must maintain a neatAdditional product training preferred

Required

A high school diploma and/or GED is required
Minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations
A valid driver’s license is required
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
