J.D. degree; strong academic credentials; bar membership in good standing

15+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house senior leadership in technology or SaaS.

Experience leading a major legal function or multiple functions, while remaining hands-on in contract drafting and negotiation.

Track record of developing legal managers and senior leaders and building organizational capability.

Experience advising an executive leadership team on enterprise-level risk and strategy.

Extensive experience negotiating complex, cross-border enterprise agreements.

Deep working knowledge of applicable privacy laws.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

Experience building global legal infrastructure in high-growth environments.

Experience implementing legal technology and AI-enabled workflow tools.

Experience managing external counsel budgets and vendor risk governance.
