Required

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, system schematics, and technical manuals.
• An Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license is required and must be valid.
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience performing maintenance on large aircraft (10 seats or more) is required, with 3 to 5 years of experience on Embraer 135/145/600 or Legacy aircraft or Gulfstream GIV strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of maintenance control experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time, including international travel, as necessary.
• The ideal candidate maintains a professional demeanor and demonstrates a positive attitude towards productivity, quality, and safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn company-specific operating systems is essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be physically capable of performing duties such as bending, squatting, kneeling, sitting, and standing for extended periods and frequently using hands, wrists, shoulders, and back. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds is necessary.
• Ongoing maintenance of all required qualifications and authorizations for the position, including initial and recurrent training (annually or biannually), is required.
