Support product management and strategy activities by conducting analysis and gathering VOC
Manage data-driven decision support for product and portfolio initiatives
Guide and manage lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements
Develop product concepts and designs to meet market needs and user requirements
Conduct research on customer needs, new technologies, market trends, and competitors
Develop requirement documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups
Participate in all phases of product development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing, and integration
