Lead and grow a team of MRB analysis and sustainment design engineers responsible for dispositioning non-conformances and releasing repair solutions for metallic and composite structures on Group 5 air vehicles

Own the end-to-end health of the MRB system — from non-conformance intake and structural substantiation through repair drawing release and production closure — ensuring the team meets schedule, quality, and airworthiness requirements

Hire, mentor, and develop analysis and design engineers, including establishing a path to MRB signature/delegated authority for team members

Set technical standards and review complex or high-risk dispositions and repair designs, acting as an escalation point for the most difficult non-conformances

Partner with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Materials & Processes (M&P), and Program Management to prioritize work, resolve cross-functional blockers, and protect production schedule

Drive root cause and corrective action (RCCA) programs to reduce recurring non-conformances, rework, and scrap across the production line

Build and continuously improve MRB processes, tools, and standard work to scale the team as production rates increase

Report on team throughput, non-conformance trends, and open risk to engineering and program leadership

Balance team workload across analysis and design disciplines, ensuring tight hand-offs between disposition and repair drawing release
