Rowan Manager of Electrical Engineering at Rowan leading high and medium voltage design and delivery for transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure projects. Responsible for managing consultants and driving project outcomes across the Rowan portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct, and manage consultants in the design of concurrently maintainable hyperscale data centers from concept to energization
Identify risks during all stages of the project lifecycle
Mold design, project scope, design schedule, and deliverables to meet client and Rowan requirements
Lead internal and external teams to decisions and drive to outcomes on multiple projects
Own and deliver areas of work in service of annual goals of the team
Independently identify solutions to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems
Help guide the team and seek and integrate feedback openly
Work primarily with cross-functional partners while driving cross-team collaboration

Qualification

Licensed Professional Engineer

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
8+ years’ experience in design and delivery of transmission, substation and distribution infrastructure, or an applicable adjacent industry
Data center and substation engineering experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer
6+ years’ experience in design and delivery of transmission, substation and distribution infrastructure, or an applicable adjacent industry
Experience delivering complex electrical projects through design, construction, commissioning, and operation
Experience working with external stakeholders including AHJ’s and utilities
