Analyst, Operational Due Diligence

Required

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred, including experience in accounting, audit, asset management, fund administration, operations, compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk
• Strong academic record; cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information clearly and objectively
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies, ask probing questions, and exercise sound judgment
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional maturity and comfort interacting with senior professionals in a client-facing environment
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Commitment to providing high-quality client service and supporting the team as a whole
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel as needed for diligence meetings
