Assists with creating and refining user stories by incorporating feedback from the business; develops requirements to ensure the team meets business needs.

Participates in Agile Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement Sessions.

Assists Product Owners with discovery process on projects.

Assists with managing and prioritizing of product backlog.

Assists with managing and prioritizing of defect and system support work.

Observes how to communicate between Agile/Project Teams and key stakeholders.

Performs additional duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned.
