Works with other experienced QA testers and the development team to understand the requirements, scope, and objectives for any new or modified functionality within the system.

Creates new and updates existing test scripts, based upon the business requirements and technical specifications.

Identifies bugs or unexpected behavior during testing, reports and documents issues found, and re-tests to satisfy expected behavior.

Builds and maintains automated tests using automation framework/tooling in support of functional, regression, and smoke tests.

Interacts and communicates with other IT department staff.

Follows all IT department processes and procedures.

Accomplishes other tasks and duties as assigned.
