SpaceX The Executive IT Support Specialist at SpaceX provides high-level IT support to the executive team, ensuring state-of-the-art, always-on IT solutions. This role involves resolving hardware, software, and network issues and supporting AV and conference setups for executive meetings.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level customer support with a focus on ownership and follow-through with every interaction.
Promptly resolve challenging escalations involving hardware, software, and network issues.
Work closely with the corporate Information Technology, Applications, and Information Security teams to ensure enterprise solutions will enable the executive team.
Design, document, deploy, and support a wide range of technologies used by the executive team in both their offices and residences.
Provide AV and conference support for onsite and offsite meetings, events, and presentations, including the technical setup for highly visible executive sessions.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support when necessary.

Qualification

Experience with WindowsExperience with the Microsoft stackExperience with the Google stackExcellent written

Required

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support.
1+ years of experience in executive IT support.
Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, or Android operating systems.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
Experience with the Microsoft stack, including Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook, ActiveSync, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
Experience with the Google stack, including Google Workspace, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Google Meet.
Experience with video conferencing hardware and software.
Strong general computer technology skills.
Demonstrated knowledge in both wired and wireless network technologies.
Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills, given the high visibility of this position.
Knowledge of emerging technologies (latest and greatest hardware/software).
