Allica Bank The Credit Operations Officer manages a portfolio of lending cases from Offer stage through to drawdown and completion, ensuring operational excellence in Commercial Lending. The role involves close collaboration with Relationship Managers, legal and valuation panels, and Underwriting teams to deliver timely and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Deliver post-sanction administration to Commercial Mortgages and other lending products
Satisfy Conditions Precedent to the Loan and support stakeholders to drive completions
Manage a pipeline of cases to ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality expectations
Maintain good working relationships with legal and valuation panel partners
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including Underwriting and Relationship Managers
Maintain clear and accurate records for each case including sanction audit trail
Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Communicate relevant information to team members, senior management, and other parties
Support wider lending teams including cross skilling and working across Asset Finance

Qualification

Commercial Mortgage based background

Required

Experience delivering a high standard of customer experience in a fast-paced environment
Commercial Mortgage based background
Generic knowledge of the commercial environment and lending pipeline management
Good level of financial and commercial awareness
Good understanding of Conduct and Treating Customers Fairly requirements relevant to Credit Operations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
