Responsibilities

Build the structure to measure our customer funnel from lead to cash to expansion. The stages, fields, data flows, and reporting across your GTM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari etc.) need to be structured in such a way that the metrics that the metrics leaders need can be reliably tracked.
Connect the teams through the systems and processes that Revenue owns. Ensure that handoffs between Revenue, Marketing, Value Delivery and Finance are properly captured so that each team can see their own results and how they fit in the wider picture.
Influence change across the various commercial functions. For any proposed process, field, or tool change, assess its impact on the rest of GTM. Flag any conflicts early, align the relevant teams, and help sequence the changes so they all go in at the same time.
Collect field feedback and design solutions with GTM Systems. Gather the field input, identify the most important issues, and then work with GTM Systems to resolve them. Ensure that whatever solution you end up with (whether that's an AI agent or some form of automation) fits within the overall design.
Govern the GTM data dictionary. Have one set of definitions for data and fields across our systems and define which fields are to be used to answer the questions of Revenue so that every leader and every automated tool is getting the same answers.
Speed up analysis and reporting. Work with the VP on forecast, pipeline, and productivity analysis. Shorten the time from question to trusted answer, and replace manual reporting with reliable, self-serve alternatives.
