• 6+ years of experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, or a related healthcare operating environment, including managing through a layered management team.

• Experience partnering across multiple clinical disciplines and functions, influencing other senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
• Experience leading complex organizational change, including adoption of new technology, AI-enabled workflows, or operating processes within a clinical workforce.
