Wpromote Director, Brand & Growth at Wpromote owning the Creative & Experiential new business process from inbound management through final pitches. Responsible for maintaining proposal quality, consistency, and strategic storytelling.
Responsibilities
- The Director, Brand & Growth is the operational backbone of the Wpromote x Giant Spoon (WPxGS) Growth team, owning the Creative & Experiential new business process from inbound management through proposal development, RFIs, RFPs, and final pitches. The role ensures every pitch meets high standards for quality, consistency, and strategic storytelling, enabling Growth Leaders to focus on client strategy and relationships.
- The Director also maintains the agency’s institutional knowledge—including proposal content, credentials, case studies, staffing information, AI knowledge repositories, and reusable assets—so every pursuit starts from a strong foundation. Combining account and project management, editorial excellence, content operations, and cross-functional leadership, this role improves proposal quality and team efficiency.
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is ready to become a Spoon - to give a damn, try anything, and enjoy the people they are working with. This team is based in the New York office and works in a hybrid fashion with in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
