Responsibilities
Break down complex projects, plan solutions, and implement, test, deploy, and monitor applications
Maintain services, respond to alerts, improve monitoring, and contribute to operational and on-call responsibilities
Develop and maintain APIs that support new carrier products and broader distribution
Build and improve KPIs, dashboards, and internal tools that help teams understand traffic patterns and system performance
Create tools, AI agents, and automations that help employees and external partners find answers and work more independently
Improve reliability, performance, documentation, and maintainability while helping the team make better use of industry-standard tooling
Work with internal teams and external partners on phone application distribution, explain system behavior, assess the impact of issues, and clarify ownership
Qualification
Knowledge of DockerStrong communication skills
