Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of corporate accounting, public accounting, financial reporting, or relevant internship experience.
Foundational understanding of U.S. GAAP, the accounting close cycle, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and the ability to organize and analyze financial data.
Experience with ERP or accounting systems is preferred; experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar systems is a plus.
Exposure to SEC reporting, SOX controls, external audit support, tax support, or public-company reporting environments is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and documentation discipline.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, follow established procedures, and escalate issues appropriately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across finance, operations, and external service providers.
CPA candidate, CPA exam progress, or interest in pursuing CPA certification is preferred but not required.
