Ontra The Account Director (Corporate Lawyer) at Ontra drives expansion within existing enterprise customer accounts by cross-selling AI-native products and increasing product adoption. This role involves managing a pipeline of opportunities using the MEDDICC sales framework and collaborating with Customer Success and Business Development teams.

Responsibilities

Product and Services: Quickly become fluent in Ontra's AI-native products and services and confidently position solutions that address customer needs.
Pipeline Management: Own and manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities from discovery through close, leveraging the MEDDICC sales framework.
Expansion: Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, pitching, and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Strategy: Adapt quickly to evolving go-to-market initiatives while helping validate new products, services, and market opportunities.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success and Business Development to identify expansion opportunities, develop account strategies, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
What you’ll bring
Experience: Either (i) 8+ years selling enterprise B2B technology, preferably AI-native products, AI-enabled services, or professional services, with experience engaging legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders; or (ii) 3-4 years as a corporate attorney, ideally in private funds, private equity, M&A, or leveraged finance/credit, seeking to transition into a client-facing business role
Tech Stack: Proficiency with Salesforce and GSuite; experience with Outreach or SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Team Player: Comfortable with autonomy but enjoys collaborating with a team; is coachable and receptive to feedback
Intellectually Curious: Can learn new concepts quickly and communicate those concepts efficiently
Ambitious: Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset; enjoys networking, finding new customers, and building systems not yet in place
Efficiency: Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
