Kins Physical Therapist at Kins provides outpatient physical therapy through in-home and virtual sessions. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing care plans, and documenting treatments.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
Document all treatments in our EMR
Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed
