Mixpanel Software Engineer, Growth at Mixpanel builds and optimizes user acquisition and activation experiences, focusing on web experimentation across product onboarding flows. The role involves full-stack development, experiment design, and collaboration with Product and Design to improve growth metrics.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer on the Growth team, you will build and optimize the experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion at Mixpanel. You'll work across the full stack, from frontend UI changes to backend data pipelines, and collaborate with Product and Design to turn experiment insights into product improvements. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences Mixpanel's top-of-funnel growth and self-serve revenue.
