Wayve Purchasing Manager at Wayve responsible for managing indirect procurement activities and supplier relationships across multiple categories. The role includes negotiating commercial agreements and improving procurement processes.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute indirect procurement and sourcing strategies
Manage sourcing activities across IT/SaaS, Marketing, People/HR, Facilities, Security
Lead supplier identification, evaluation, competitive sourcing, and negotiations
Own supplier contracts from negotiation through execution and compliance
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in partnership with Legal
Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers
Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for savings
Act as key contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders for commercial issues

Required
You understand global procurement practices, supplier governance, compliance, and third-party risk management.
You are a confident commercial negotiator who can balance cost, quality, business requirements, and supplier risk.
You are analytical and comfortable using spend data, supplier performance metrics, benchmarks, and KPIs to make informed decisions.
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple sourcing initiatives, contracts, renewals, and supplier relationships at the same time.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
Experience with procurement or contract-management platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar tools would be beneficial.
Annual Base Salary Range: $150,400 - $172,950 USD
