Responsibilities
Install residential and commercial garage doors, openers, and related components
Make adjustments and test equipment for safe, reliable operation
Troubleshoot installation challenges and help keep jobs moving
Walk customers through their new equipment and answer questions
Keep tools, vehicles, and job sites clean and organized
Record completed work through notes, photos, and digital work orders
Recommend upgrades or additional services when they meet a customer’s needs
Follow safe work practices and work closely with your teammates
Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
A dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
