Accenture Federal Services The Technical Architect Lead at Accenture Federal Services manages end-to-end architecture and leads a cross-functional engineering team for a TS-cleared federal program. This role oversees DevSecOps, capacity planning, accreditation, audits, and ensures resilient, compliant operations.
Responsibilities
Proven experience designing, building, refactoring, and operating large scale IT systems
5+ years across the full solution delivery lifecycle and managing engineering teams (≥5 engineers)
Strong technical documentation and standards management
Experience with federal Certification & Accreditation (C&A) processes
Holistic command of technical solutions; decisive problem solving and technology recommendations
Operational leadership across production/COOP environments: environment readiness, system health, ticketing, code migrations, security patching
Planning & coordination: capacity planning, PI planning, and release timelines across multiple teams
DevSecOps enablement and governance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
