We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to own the day-to-day of Runway’s HR function and shape how it scales. You’ll work directly with the HR Manager as a strategic partner, and you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, set priorities and fix what’s broken without waiting to be asked.
Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for full-time employees and contractors, and keep improving the process as the team grows
Own HRIS administration and data integrity in Rippling, including reporting, audits and workflow automation

Oversee leave administration and accommodations across jurisdictions, and keep policies and practices compliant with current employment law
