Murgadoautomotive Call Center Representative at Motor Werks to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and support dealership customer experience. Responsible for routing callers, documenting interactions, and providing professional support throughout the sales and service journey.

Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and support dealership communication needs.
Schedule, confirm, and update sales and service appointments accurately.
Listen to customer questions or concerns and provide clear, helpful information or route the call to the appropriate team member.
Document customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-up notes accurately in dealership systems.
Support a positive customer experience by communicating with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail.

Qualification

Previous call centerExcellent phone etiquetteAbility to multitaskComfortable using computersProfessionalAutomotive dealership experience

Required

Previous call center, customer service, receptionist, appointment scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and clear verbal communication.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office programs.
Professional, dependable, and customer-first attitude.
Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
