The Operations Manager will serve as the end-to-end owner of market operations, responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering on key performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement. Own and drive the end-to-end operations of your depot – you are the leader of your business, responsible for performance and execution exceeding performance metric goals.

Own costs, and performance management across all ops team members, ensuring a lean, high-output team.

Own all aspects of fleet operations – from vehicle health and availability to onboarding ensuring maximum uptime and reducing unnecessary downtime.

Lead with data: Solve real-world problems using first-principles, taking an analytical approach to delivering results.

Inspire and develop high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and clear accountability; build future leaders by fostering ownership at all levels.

Identify and own high-impact projects that move the needle on efficiency, scalability, and customer experience—then drive them from ideation through execution.

Foster a culture of bias for action and operational excellence, where problems are surfaced early and solved quickly.

Continuously challenge the status quo: Look for opportunities to automate, streamline, or rethink legacy processes to scale faster and better.

Develop deep understanding of business needs – to serve as the connective tissue across departments, ensuring alignment, communication, and accountability from strategy through frontline execution.
