Paralegal

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience supporting commercial legal, contract management, compliance, procurement, or corporate legal operations functions
• Experience supporting commercial contracting processes, contract administration workflows, and legal documentation management in an in-house legal department or corporate environment preferred
• Experience supporting agreements involving government agencies, school districts, municipalities, public procurement processes, or regulated industries is preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across legal, operational, financial, and business teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems, document management platforms, DocuSign, workflow tools, or related legal technology solutions is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment in handling sensitive information
• Must be highly responsive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a high-volume legal and operational environment
