Head of Fleet & Used Cars, Europe

Required

• 10+ years of progressive automotive experience, with leadership experience across fleet, leasing, used vehicles, remarketing, or residual value management.
• Proven experience developing fleet and/or used vehicle strategies across multiple European markets.
• Strong knowledge of fleet/B2B channels, used vehicle operations, remarketing, de-fleet, CPO, and residual value management.
• Strong understanding of European automotive market dynamics, pricing, financing, and TCO.
• Experience managing relationships with leasing, rental, financial, remarketing, and other automotive partners.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing profitability and key business KPIs.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
• Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• This is a Lucid office-based role in Amsterdam.
