As a member of the go-to-market leadership team, you'll work directly with the CEO and Head of Sales (Brand) to lead a team of Sales Directors driving mid-market advertiser growth on Agentio. You'll inherit an established team and grow it further as we scale, while staying close to the field yourself — carrying a reduced individual quota and personally engaging on strategic accounts. Early in this role, you'll spend meaningful time in the field alongside your team before stepping fully into leadership.

Hire, ramp, and coach a team of Sales Directors, setting the bar for prospecting, pipeline management, and closing

Own team quota attainment, forecasting, and pipeline health, with regular reporting to sales leadership

Personally own a select set of strategic accounts as an active seller

Build and refine the playbook for brand sales at Agentio

Run deal reviews and pipeline inspection; step in on key accounts with procurement, legal, and executives

Partner with creator partnerships team to optimize creator-brand fit across the team's accounts

Evangelize and educate prospective customers on YouTube and creator-led sponsored content

Analyze team and campaign performance and recommend improvements

Own an executive room and deliver Agentio's value pitch

Keep the team organized with disciplined CRM hygiene
