Collaborate strategically with our Sales team to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.

You’ll be responsible for onboarding customers on our suite of models, providing guidance on prompting, evaluation, and finetuning, and ensuring the best production integration with back-end and front-end interfaces.

Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition.

You’ll individually guide and and support customers in deploying our models into production use cases with a considerable business impact.

You’ll work in collaboration with our BD team, researchers, other engineers on our most complex customer projects and contributing to our open-source codebases for tasks such as inference and finetuning.

You’ll be involved in pre-sales calls to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and aspirations. You will provide technical guidance on our products and explain BFL technologies to various stakeholders.

Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.

Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.

Your collaboration with our Applied research to improve continuously our product and model capabilities based on customers’ feedback
