Alarm.com The RMA Technician repairs and tests OpenEye products returned for repair or credit. The role reports to the RMA Manager and supports product repair workflows.
Responsibilities
Communicate with the RMA Manager about work to be done
Repair, test, and troubleshoot OpenEye products sent in for repair and credit
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Required
a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
a minimum of 1 year's related experience and/or training.
Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
