Leadership and Team Management
Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
Operational Planning and Execution
Develop best practices and strategic initiatives for future growth.
Oversee the implementation and execution of plans from start to finish, including schedules, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Maintain and enforce quality standards and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Manage department fleet and test equipment needs and condition.
