People Data Labs The IT & Security Specialist supports security, compliance, tools administration, and helpdesk functions at People Data Labs. This role collaborates on IT & Security projects and manages authentication, access, and disaster recovery processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on the IT & Security project roadmap, helpdesk workflows, and prioritization process
Build and maintain automated, audit-ready security and compliance processes
Work with product, engineering, and stakeholders on security initiatives and project plans
Administer and strengthen authentication, access management, and disaster recovery processes
Facilitate vendor relationships, evaluations, contracts, and renewals
Provide hands-on helpdesk and endpoint support for a fully remote team

Required

3-5 years of hands-on experience in an IT, Security, or Technical Operations role
3+ years of experience working in a fully remote environment
Experience executing IT project roadmaps, vendor relationships, and enterprise system migrations or rollouts
Working knowledge of enterprise identity and access management, authentication standards, and disaster recovery planning
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive with a great deal of autonomy and ownership in your role
Experience working with data via multiple delivery methods
AWS security (IAM, CloudTrail, Inspector, Organizations + SCP)
SSO + identity provider (preferably Okta)
Compliance automation (e.g., Vanta)
Basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
