horizon3ai Senior Executive Assistant to the CRO providing high-level administrative support and partnering with GTM leadership to streamline communication and prepare revenue meeting materials. Supports key GTM programs and serves as a culture carrier within the revenue organization.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the CRO and other sales execs as needed, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, and meeting logistics.
Partner closely with GTM leadership to streamline communication, prepare materials for revenue meetings, and ensure alignment across teams.
Anticipate needs before they arise—helping the CRO stay focused on strategic initiatives by taking notes, managing priorities and follow-ups.
Support key GTM programs, such as sales kickoffs, QBRs, and customer-facing events, occasionally traveling to help execute them.
Serve as a culture carrier within the revenue organization—creating connection, bringing positive energy, and helping the team move fast while having fun.

This role offers remote work flexibility, with an expectation that the employee be based within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to support periodic in-person meetings and business collaboration, as needed.
