Premiertruck The Used Truck Sales Coordinator manages inventory input, processes invoices, and handles customer transactions for used truck sales. This role also supports warranty registrations and coordinates advertising efforts.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet incoming customers
Assist with policy claims
Input inventory in database and locator pro
Assign PO’s to vendors for work
Process and input invoices into YOOZ
Assist with Warranty Registrations and Extended Warranty purchases
Stock in trucks/trades/OMP’s
Process transfer agreements, wire requests and check requests
Issue PO’s and process vendor invoices
Upload documents and pictures to SOD for trucks
Ensure web descriptions are accurate and push trucks to Truck Paper
Submit weekly ad pages for Truck Paper and Facebook
