Incident Ops Associate at Incident supports the Talent team by sourcing and recruiting exceptional candidates to help scale the startup. The role offers exposure to startup operations and ownership from day one.

This role sits under our Talent team in SF, working closely with our founders and leaders to find the insane people who will help us build incident.io.
Talent is one of the few roles where you get to work across the entire business. You'll get a front-row seat to how a startup scales, and help us build one of the best teams in the world.
