Talent Coordinator

Required

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple scheduling priorities simultaneously
• Strong communicator who can interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and executives
• Comfortable working with recruiting tools such as ATS platforms, scheduling software, and productivity systems
• Proactive, resourceful, and excited about building scalable recruiting operations that help teams grow quickly
• Strong curiosity and a desire to learn how world-class teams hire and scale
