Required

• Excellent business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate leadership, team, and organizational needs and to proactively identify opportunities and innovations that improve operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets, lead forecasting and horizon scanning, and analyze data to drive evidence-based strategic and operational enhancements.
• Expertise in data management and optimization, leveraging data for reporting, communications, and decision-making processes.
• Experience advising senior executives on strategic and confidential matters, with strong executive presence and proven presentation and communication (oral & written) skills. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams and delivering results independently in a timely manner.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and presentation development; familiarity with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP) and AI-driven analytics and automation tools is a plus.
• Experience in leveraging data platforms such as DataIku, Alteryx, or Tableau preferred.
