Networkconnex Lead Technician at Network Connex manages all phases of Data Center installation projects and leads teams to ensure quality and compliance. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and technical expertise in copper and fiber installations.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of Data Center installation projects
Lead teams and demonstrate leadership
Own project execution from engineering work package to completion
Ensure process and compliance adherence
Work independently and as a team player
Maintain good organizational, written, and verbal skills
Provide excellent customer service and support
Stay current with latest technologies and installation procedures
Understand and complete all required project paperwork
Run small, medium, and large projects as required
Ensure quality installation craftsmanship and customer service excellence
Install and terminate copper and fiber products per TIA/EIA and BICSI standards

Required

Ability to drive company vehicle throughout the day.
This position requires a background check and driver’s license check.
Ability to lift various items is required, as well to stand for long periods of time and climb ladders.
