Lead end-to-end logistics spend management for inbound and outbound transportation

Develop and execute comprehensive transportation sourcing strategies across all freight modes (Air, Ocean,

Trucking, Parcel, Final Mile)

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with carriers and freight forwarders at all levels

Negotiate and finalize NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documents

Create total cost of ownership (TCO) models and implement transparent supplier relationship management

Serve as primary point of contact for all commercial matters, providing internal status reporting on sourcing,

availability, and costs

Identify and implement continuous cost optimization opportunities through cross-functional collaboration

Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Service teams to deliver aggressive yet realistic cost projections

Conduct quarterly business reviews and carrier scorecard evaluations

Meet established targets for cost performance, quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
