Collaborate closely with the operations team to support project delivery and compliance

Conduct site observations to identify safety and quality issues and recommend corrective actions

Issue and track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for project teams

Participate in site walks with customers to ensure alignment with expectations and standards

Verify that all safety documentation —including permits, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and site-specific plans is completed and executed per customer requirements

Support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting findings and contributing to lessons learned

Maintain accurate records of safety compliance and project observations

Perform additional TSQ-related duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams

Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and training practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with operations teams and customers
