Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of progressive HR experience with meaningful exposure to employee relations, manager support, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes.
Working knowledge of federal employment law and applicable state employment requirements; ability to recognize when escalation is needed.
Experience supporting employees and managers in California, including familiarity with California employment law and HR compliance requirements.
Experience using an HRIS such as Workday, ADP, or a similar platform.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize data, use common formulas, identify discrepancies, and prepare clear reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and professional discretion.
Ability to balance employee experience, business needs, policy consistency, and compliance.

Preferred

PHRca or SHRM-CP certification.
Experience supporting a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or multi-site workforce.
Experience in government contracting, defense, aerospace, or national security.
Familiarity with DCAA, OFCCP, ITAR/EAR, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) or other regulated-environment requirements.
Experience supporting change management, investigations, performance management, or workforce reporting.
The good faith base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
