Dutch Dutch Vet seeks an Operations Manager/Sr. Manager to launch and scale mobile vaccine clinic operations in new markets. The role includes staffing, vendor and store relationships, logistics, compliance, launch execution, and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

Dutch is piloting a new line of business: mobile vaccine clinics that bring veterinary care directly to pet owners through pop-up events at retail partner locations, starting in the Bay Area and expanding to additional cities as the model proves out. This is a build-from-zero, ambiguity-heavy role for someone who wants to own a new business line end to end
The Mobile Clinic, City Launcher will own the full lifecycle of standing up mobile vaccine clinic operations in a new market: staffing, vendor and store relationships, logistics, compliance, launch-day execution, and the post-launch P&L. Early on, this means being hands-on in the field for pilot events. As the model scales, this means turning what worked into a repeatable playbook that can be handed off to local teams as we roll out city by city.
