Aloyoga Operations Manager leads an operations team to manage inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory while ensuring continuous improvement and lean processes. The role is accountable for client SLA agreements and site-specific quality and fulfillment targets.

Responsibilities

Create and manage day to day operational strategy ensuring safe and productive campus operations
Lead Individual Performance Management program for area
Plan, prioritize, and communicate shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality
Interact with clients on operational topics
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including metrics and best practices
Deliver performance evaluations and provide feedback
Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement
Deliver productivity and improvements in line with KPIs
Own lean process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage resources to improve safety, quality, customer service, and lower cost
Ensure training and skills development programs and SOPs are up to date
Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and associate empowerment

Required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred / HS Degree or GED required.
Experience working with process improvement ideologies, e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar / Six Sigma certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive Operations experience in a manager role.
Experience leading up to 100 associates.
Experience in creating productivity improvement through continuous improvement efforts.
Execution focused.
Performance oriented.
Ability to be flexible.
Strong communication skills.
Good motivational skills.
