Senior Recruiter (Contract)

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• HR certification is a plus
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry as part of an internal Talent Acquisition team
• Strong experience recruiting for both clinical and commercial roles; public company experience and exposure to a commercial launch following FDA approval strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, at least 8+ roles, across technical and business functions
• Strong proficiency with recruiting systems and tools, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled Talent Acquisition tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms, to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, workflow efficiency, and recruiting productivity
• Experience partnering with external search firms and staffing agencies
• Strong execution orientation with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in AI, the ophthalmology space, and emerging biotech Talent Acquisition trends
• Solid understanding of recruiting best practices and applicable employment laws
• Ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
