Arb Interactive Senior User Acquisition Manager responsible for running user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and leveraging AI tools to optimize performance. Own budget, test creative, and collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams.

Modo Casino, Modo Boxes, and our upcoming futures products all need players, and you're the one who gets them there. You'll run the campaigns, own the budget, and put AI tools to work every day to make more, test faster, and find what wins. You'll build it with our marketing, product, and analytics teams, and now's a great time to jump in.
Dive into Modo Casino, Modo Boxes, and our futures launches, and get a feel for what's working today.
Take a hard look at performance across channels and find the first wins to scale.
Run user acquisition across paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok), Google Ads, Demand Side Platforms, Connected TV, and Radio/Podcasts.
Own our Google Search campaigns from first idea to final report, and reach players who are already looking.
Make ad creative with AI tools like Higgsfield, and lean on Claude for analysis, reporting, copy ideas, and workflows.
Keep an eye on CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROI, and make every dollar of budget count.
Test creative, landing pages, and targeting, then act fast on what you learn.
Hunt for new channels and tools that widen our mix and bring in fresh growth.
Team up with marketing, product, and analytics so acquisition fits where the product is headed.
Share results and recommendations with stakeholders, and bring new AI tools to the team when they make us faster.
Your starting stats

Qualification

Required

3+ years managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns, ideally in mobile gaming or social casino.
Experience running Google Search campaigns at scale.
Experience using AI tools like Higgsfield or similar and AI assistants like Claude.
Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.

Preferred

Experience with other acquisition channels like paid social, programmatic, or affiliate.
Familiarity with the social casino market and player behavior.
