Qualification

Required

2-5 years of experience in complex disputes, white collar matters, and regulatory enforcement proceedings
Experience with SEC investigations or enforcement matters is a plus
Strong writing and research skills and analytical abilities
Judgment, initiative, and attention to detail necessary to assume meaningful responsibility for client matters
Candidates should also possess the interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced practice
