Senior Healthcare Solutions Consultant

Required

• Healthcare & Clinical Expertise
• 7+ years of customer-facing experience in employer-sponsored healthcare, employee benefits, healthcare consulting, pharmacy, population health, or related healthcare solutions, with demonstrated experience advising employers, benefits consultants/brokers, or other healthcare decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex healthcare, clinical, or technical concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Experience influencing customer or consultant decisions, driving solution adoption, or demonstrating measurable value from healthcare programs or solutions.
• Strong understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare and the healthcare benefits ecosystem; clinical or pharmacy expertise is a plus, but not required.
• Consultative Communication & Influence
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for consultants, employers, and other non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence customer or consultant decisions and drive solution adoption and value realization.
• Credible and confident engaging with consultants, employers, and internal partners.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving healthcare, product, and market environment.
