Coordinate traveling for technicians, project managers, construction managers.

Support statements of work, bills of materials, forecasting, procurement, and inventory utilization; obtain vendor quotes, track orders, and verify onsite deliveries.

Create and reconcile purchase orders in NetSuite and Procore under Project Manager oversight; support financial tracking, goods-receipt and invoice processing, internal and external billing submissions, and janitorial payments.

Coordinate manpower and technician schedules with field leadership; track deliverables, maintain calendars and mobile-accessible schedules, communicate attendance and time-off updates, and arrange travel and site access.

Maintain construction documents, run lists, daily reports, BOM records, labels, and organized project files; track progress and assemble closeout packages.

Provide customer progress updates, participate in pre-construction and status meetings, and coordinate communication among project teams and vendors.

Support timesheet reviews and payroll accuracy in Miter, including adjustments and issue escalation.

Coordinate vendor and employee onboarding, including shop and IT staff; provide first-day instructions, follow training checklists, update distribution lists, and maintain onboarding records.

Provide administrative and reception support; manage office supplies, branded merchandise, and PPE; coordinate restocking, cleanup, office events, team-building activities, and employee recognition.

Support policy enforcement and maintain accurate, organized records, including field-reported attendance, misconduct, and performance documentation.

Travel to job sites as needed – Roughly 25% Travel
