As Senior Finance Manager, Subscription Sales, you will serve as the strategic, hands-on finance partner driving investment discipline, performance visibility, and sustainable scale across Everpure’s high-growth subscription and software business. In this impactful role, you will bridge corporate strategy and go-to-market execution by translating complex metrics into actionable commercial roadmaps. Collaborating across Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance, you will establish forward-looking guidance and influence high-stakes commercial decisions that fuel our global market expansion.
Drive Commercial Performance & Decision Support: Partner directly with subscription sales leaders through dedicated business reviews to evaluate pipeline economics, analyze target attainment, and establish clear investment trade-offs that maximize annual contract value and recurring revenue.
Lead Comprehensive Planning & Forecasting: Own the end-to-end subscription financial cadence—including annual operating plans, in-year outlooks, and monthly close variance analyses—connecting top-line trends directly to operational drivers and bottom-line outcomes.
Deliver Advanced Recurring-Revenue Analytics: Measure, benchmark, and report on core subscription health metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, RPO, ACV/TCV, logo retention, and churn), aligning cross-functional teams around standardized data definitions and strategic action plans.
Build Strategic Financial Models: Develop robust financial models for sales capacity, customer segment unit economics, pricing and packaging, and go-to-market incentives, pressure-testing key assumptions to evaluate return on investment and mitigate commercial risks.
Optimize Go-To-Market & Finance Operations: Collaborate with Revenue Operations and HR to evaluate sales incentive structures and quota attainment, while streamlining and automating the subscription finance operating model using modern financial systems and approved AI tools.
Deep Recurring-Revenue & GTM Finance Expertise: Comprehensive mastery of SaaS/subscription business models and recurring revenue mechanics (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, and LTV), alongside proven experience delivering strategic financial partnership to enterprise go-to-market organizations.
Sophisticated Financial Modeling & Quantitative Acumen: Demonstrated skill in architecting complex financial and sales capacity models, synthesizing disparate data sources, and translating technical analysis into executive-ready business insights.
Influential Business Partnership & Strategic Judgment: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, constructively challenge business assumptions, build consensus across executive stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes without relying on formal authority.
Modern Systems Proficiency: Hands-on working knowledge of enterprise reporting and planning platforms (such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, SAP, or NetSuite), with an aptitude for continuous process improvement and automation.
Location Expectation: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA or New York, NY or Chicago, IL office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
